Go Solo is a dynamic PE course designed to help students discover and master a variety of individual activities that promote lifelong fitness and personal growth. From precision-based sports, recreational games, and lifestyle activities, this course emphasizes self-improvement, resilience, and healthy habits. Students will learn how to develop skills that enhance physical and mental well-being—empowering them to thrive beyond the classroom.

This innovative physical education course is designed to develop students’ skills in teamwork, collaboration, and leadership through engaging group activities. With a focus on fostering competency, autonomy, self-respect, and curiosity, the course creates a safe, inclusive, and accessible environment where every student can thrive. Students will explore the principles of group dynamics through team sports, novel games, cooperative challenges, and movement-based activities.
