From precision-based sports, recreational games, and lifestyle activities, this course emphasizes self-improvement, resilience, and healthy habits. Students will learn how to develop skills that enhance physical and mental well-being—empowering them to thrive beyond the classroom.

Activities to expect:

RACQUETS - Pickleball, Table Tennis, Tennis, Badminton

TARGETS - Golf, Archery

CHALLENGE - Climbing, Martial Arts, Dance

ENDURANCE - Cycling, Rowing, Fitness Racing
